The project is expected to take 5 weeks from the date of approval, broken down as follows:

• Week 2-3: Design and feedback.
• Week 3-4: Development.

Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 50% payment due before launch
• Prices exclude third-party licenses, fonts, or stock images, hosting, webflow, additional languages, shopify, smootify, etc...
• The project includes 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase.
• Additional revision rounds billed at AED300/round
• Revisions must be completed within 3 working days. After this period, the revision is considered complete and final
• Payments processed via secure payment gateway / bank transfer (crypto is accepted in USDT only)
• Full intellectual property rights transfer upon final payment
• Urban Pixel reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio
• Stage lock system implemented to maintain project momentum
• Timeline based on prompt client feedback and content delivery
• Content to be provided by ALAMOUDI in agreed formats
• Once a milestone is met there is no going back.
• Projects are non-refundable.
• Intellectual ownership of the design and development will be fully transferred to ALAMOUDI upon final payment and launch.
• All content (e.g., copy, images, videos) must be provided / approved by ALAMOUDI before the development phase begins.
• The timeline is subject to change based on client feedback and asset delivery time.

Termination Clause

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All payments made for this project, including the initial deposit and any subsequent payments, are non-refundable. This policy is in place to compensate for the time, effort, and resources allocated to the project, regardless of its completion status.
2. Termination by Client
   If the client chooses to terminate the project at any stage, all work completed up to the point of termination will remain the intellectual property of Urban Pixel until full payment for the project is received.Any outstanding balance for work completed or services rendered will be invoiced and must be paid in full within
   7 days
   of termination.Urban Pixel reserves the right to retain all deliverables, including designs, code, and other assets, until the outstanding balance is settled.
3. Termination by Urban Pixel
   Urban Pixel reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to meet agreed-upon deadlines, provide necessary assets (e.g., content, images, videos), or make payments as outlined in the agreement.In such cases, all payments made up to the point of termination will remain non-refundable, and any outstanding balance for work completed will be invoiced and must be paid in full within
   7 days
   of termination.
4. Ownership of Work
   Intellectual ownership of the design, development, and any other deliverables will only be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment for the project.If the project is terminated before completion, Urban Pixel retains full ownership of all work completed, and the client is prohibited from using any part of the work without prior written consent.
5. Force Majeure
   Urban Pixel will not be held liable for delays or termination caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Dispute Resolution
   In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the UAE.
