Terms
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- 50% payment due before launch
- Pricing excludes Shopify monthly fees, payment processing fees, premium apps, or third-party integrations
- Project includes 3 rounds of revisions during the design phase
- Additional revision rounds billed at 300 AED/round
- Revisions must be completed within 3 working days - after this period, revision is considered complete and final
- Payments processed via secure payment gateway (bank transfer accepted)
- Full IP rights transfer upon final payment
- Portfolio showcase rights reserved for our marketing
- Timeline based on prompt client feedback and content delivery
- Content and product images must be provided in agreed formats
- Projects are non-refundable once development begins
Termination Clause
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable once work begins
- Client Termination: Client retains work completed up to termination point, full payment required within 7 days
- Agency Termination: We reserve the right to terminate for non-payment or failure to provide required materials
- Ownership Transfer: Full rights transfer only upon complete payment
- Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond our control
- Dispute Resolution: UAE law governs all agreements
